From the women’s category to the diversity category. Legal analysis of the IOC decision to end women’s sport

The unfair play that the IOC has fostered in boxing matches, by allowing two men with DDS, Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-Ting, to box in the women’s category against Angela Carini, Anna Luca Hamori, Sitora Turdibekova, Svetlana Kamenova, Janjaem Suwannapheng, Esra Yildiz, Liu Yang and Julia Szeremeta, to illegitimately win the gold medal in welterweight and featherweight, respectively, has led to the destruction of the feminine category, now transmuted into the category of “diversity”, where there is room for anyone who claims to feel like a woman, or denies the factual reality of biological sex. 

The irrational and illegitimate position of the IOC to validate the participation of men with DSD in women’s competitions, based on the unprecedented argument put forward by its president that «there is no scientific system to identify a woman«, has resulted in women ceasing to be a human category determined by objective and conclusive criteria based on science, to become in practice an ideological entelechy determined by the individual and subjective perceptions of various men and the implausible lies of the hegemonic men who validate the fraud.

And this is very serious. In this article I explain in detail the rights of women that are violated, the consequences of the COE’s decision and the effects it will have on other sports.
