¡Hola! Soy Sandra Moreno, Doctora en Derecho, asesora jurídica y articulista. Estoy especializada en Derecho Constitucional, Derecho del Trabajo, Estudios feministas y de minorías sexuales. Y, últimamente, me estoy dedicando al Derecho deportivo.

Soy jurista, porque el Derecho es el instrumento de lucha más eficaz y poderoso que existe, ya que es el único capaz de resolver conflictos de forma civilizada. Soy feminista, porque defiendo la idea de que las mujeres y hombres compartimos la misma dignidad y humanidad y, por tanto, debemos tener los mismos derechos, deberes y oportunidades. Esto es el feminismo: reconocer la igual dignidad y humanidad de mujeres y hombres.

Ahora también soy divulgadora y activista, porque las mujeres del siglo XXI estamos obligadas a luchar por preservar los derechos de las mujeres y las niñas, amenazados por diversos frentes que pretenden hasta arrebatarnos nuestro nombre: MUJER.

He creado este blog donde recopilo mis artículos, intervenciones y ponencias con la intención de extender el mensaje de que nuestras reivindicaciones legítimas deben ser atendidas porque son justas y tienen perfecto soporte en las normas jurídicas nacionales e internacionales vinculantes.
